  Every single unit at Saida Towers has a view of the beach and pool area unlike other complexes with “limited view” or “bay views” only. You are coming to the beach to see the ocean. Undrstand that if you do book a ground floor, your view will not be perfect compared to a 2nd floor or higher Due to the fact South Padre has protected dunes on the beach as a National Seashore area.

• Saida has 2 heated pools and 3 hot tubs

Parents know having access to warm pool with kids is very key to wearing them out for some R&R time of your own at night. Sure, the Island is generally hot & sunny, but the fact is a cloudy day or a breezy day shouldn’t mean you can’t enjoy the water with your family or friends.

• South Beach location

  Without question staying on the South Beach end of South Padre is desired above all others due to the majority of restaurants and activities located on the south end. With over a dozen restaurants within walking distance as well as the entertainment district just 5 city blocks away, it’s prime.

• All the amenities – yet still affordable

  Having a full sized kitchen saves you money with a family for meal preps, particularly snacks or a quick sandwich for lunch. Additionally, the big living room in all the units makes for family game or movie nights perfect. Most of our favorite vacation memories are the time spent with our family stories every bit as much as hanging on the beach. Condos provide this whereas hotels cannot they lack the space to hang out all together.

• Massive Complex = more fun!

  This matters as the Saida is never “dead” nor “boring.” If you come with a family with children, having other kids there is key. Also, while adults enjoy some peace and quiet, not having anyone to share a margarita with or chat with pool side is, well…dull/boring. Saida is a very fun property.

• Full range of condo unit sizes

  Saida features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos as well as Royale Beach & Tennis club that has 2 bedroom condos that can be split up to 1 bedrooms locking off the 2nd bedroom as a “hotel style” studio room. The 1 bedrooms allow up to 6 guests, the 2 bedrooms allow up to 8 guests, the 3 bedrooms allow up to 10 guests. Understand, brining an airbed or two is smart if you do max occupancy. We even have a penthouse 4 bedroom unit in tower 1 that is over the top luxurious.

• Booking big groups is easy at Saida

  With access to dozens and dozens of differing condo units at Saida Towers, booking your big group is easy – from conferences to family reunions to large college groups, we can get booked into multiple units at Saida to hold upwards of 500 people with our incredible access at Saida.

• Excellent Security onsite

  Saida Towers is one of the few properties on South Padre Island with 24 hour a day onsite security. You cannot even enter the parking lot without driving through the secure gate area. For our bachelorette parties to our sororities during spring break to families with young children, safety is key and Saida is top notch.

• Bar/Grill at pool

  No other condo complex on South Padre Island features a full bar and short order grill on South Padre Island besides Saida. This makes the property truly the most full service with the most amenities of any condo complex. Being able to order nachos poolside for the kids are a frozen adult beverage makes for a real vacation.

• 24 hour a day secure parking

  Guests with nice vehicles do not have to worry about any sort of vandalism nor damage to their cars. This makes those with high end luxury autos, to those visiting south padre for one of the many car shows a great choice. You cannot access the parking area that is very well lit without first driving through the gated security area. Parking permits are issued only for registered guests. Do not fear if you have more than one car, we can issue you a 2nd permit.
