Policies & Fees
- Reservations confirmed upon receipt of an advance deposit of $200.00 or the first nights’ rent.
- Advance deposit is required 7 days from booking date, or the reservation will be cancelled without notice. No warranty is implied by our acceptance of your advance deposit.
- Advance Deposit is refundable less $50.00 for canceling 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservation cancelled less than 30 days will forfeit advance deposit.
- Monthly reservations will forfeit advance deposit. There are no refunds for shorten stays.
- Rates are subject to change based on when holidays fall on each calendar year.
- No Appliances and Air Conditioners are guaranteed. There are no refunds on appliances or air conditioner failures. We try to keep all appliances in working order any failures will be repaired as soon as possible.
- Payment is accepted in Cash, Traveler’s Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Condominium rentals are subject to a 14.5% occupancy tax except when stays are 30 nights or longer. Personal checks will not be accepted.
- Pets are allowed in certain condos. There will be a $81 pet charge.
- Check-In Time is after 3 p.m.
Check-Out Time is at 11 a.m.
- Late Check-Outs are subject to pay half days rent.
- Towels may be exchanged as needed at the Service Center (located behind Island Services) daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A linen fee is charged for each stay as follows:
1 Bedrooms: $45.00 + Tax
2 Bedrooms: $55.00 + Tax
3 Bedrooms: $75.00 + Tax
- We have a processing fee of $25.00 per every reservation.
Tenants over occupying units will be evicted without a refund!
1 Bedrooms: 4-6 Persons
2 Bedrooms: 6-8 Persons
3 Bedrooms: 8-10 Persons
