    Q: What is the deposit to reserve a condo?
    A: There is a non refundable deposit of the first nights’ rent or $200, depending. Please contact us for specificsCertain holiday dates includingSpring Break in March, Semana Santa (Easter week or holy week) as well as June 10 to August 15th peak times may require additional nights’ rent non refundable to reserve.
     
    Q: Is there a minimum night of stay requirement?
    A: That depends. Generally there is a 3 night minimum stay. Certain peak times there is as much as a 5 night minimum stay required. Contact our office for details. Saida Towers SELLS OUT as it is so desired as the top condo complex on south padre.
     
    Q: When is final payment due?
    A: This completely depends on the time of year booked, the number of nights, and unit size. Please Contact our office for specifics on our rental policy.
     
    Q: Do I have to be 25 years of age to rent from The Saida Towers.com, or is it 18 or 21?
    A: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to rent a unit at Saida. However, our partner www.inertiatours.com does have a wholesale agreement whereas they allow those 18 and older to rent
     
    Q: I see information about Spring Break South Padre at Saida on this website. Is this complex full of drunk college students?
    A: Haha, no the property is not! Remember, summer season June/July/August is all families with no college students. Please be aware however that in March and April when College Spring Break or Easter is in force, the property can be noisy with students and young adults
     
    Q: Is there a damage deposit required when I rent?
    A: Yes. The amount of the refundable damage deposit depends on the specific condo. Please call our office for specifics amounts
     
    Q: What is check in / check out time?
    A: Check in is at 3 pm – with that said, we do work with our renters to get you in earlier if the unit is clean and ready – but no guarantees. Check out time is set at 11 am. Late check outs are sometimes available for a fee, contact us for details.
     
    Q: Is there daily maid service or housekeeping onsite?
    A: There is not daily maid service. You will be charged a cleaning fee when you rent a unit at the time you pay in full. If you would like additional maid service, it is available for a fee.
     
    Q: Are the condos equipped in the kitchen with utensils and things like pots and pans as well as Linens and towels in the unit?
    A: Yes.
     
    Q: Is there internet WiFI at Saida Towers? Is there a charge for it?
    A: There is property wide Wifi that is free of charge, however it is not incredibly fast nor reliable.
     
    Q: Can I bring a pet to Saida?
    A: Pets are allowed in certain condos and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $81.19 that would be applied to your reservation regardless. Not all units are fit to accommodate certain breeds/sizes of pets. A fine of $400 will be imposed for any unauthorized pets.
     
    Q: What is the occupancy limit by condo size at Saida?
    A: The max allowed per 1 bedroom condo is 6 people, with “pillows” or actual provided beds for up to 4 people. The max allowed per 2 bedroom condo is 8 people, with “pillows” or actual provided beds for up to 6 people. The max allowed per 3 bedroom condo is 10 people, with “pillows” or actual povidedbeds for up to 8 people. We recommend bringing a blow up air bed for additional sleeping space (particularly children enjoy them)
     
    Q: How many parking permits will I get if I stay at Saida Towers?
    A: We issue one parking permit per 1 bedroom condo, 2 per two or three bedroom. Depending on the time of year, additional permits may be available for a small nominal charge of $20. Additional parking is available free of charge close by at the South Padre Island City Transit center lot located within 150 yards of the entrance. Note: City parking is not secured like Saida is behind gates.
     
    Q: I heard there are condo security wristband fees for Saida in March during spring break, even for Adults is this true?
    A: Unfortunately, yes. The fee is $25 per person. Additional wristbands are NOT issued during this peak time due to many college students on location attempting to check in and accommodate unregistered guests. Be aware, those caught doing so the entire unit is strictly evicted without Question
     
    Q: Do you provide toiletries, household products, etc. in the condos?
    A: Prior to your arrival, our housekeeping department will have refilled the bathrooms with a roll of toilet paper, box of tissuesm and some soap. Anything other than that would be the renter’s responsability.
     
    Q: Can I BBQ or grill at Saida?
    A: No. Grills of any kind are prohibited for safety and nuisance reasons
     
    Q: Can I bring my own booze to the beach or pool of Saida?
    A: Yes and no. You can bring your own booze to the beach like coolers, note do NOT BRING GLASS the fine is over $700. Saida no glass by pool or your unit is evicted. The front two heated pools by the beach at Saida you can BYOB. You cannot BYOB to the main pool that is unheated at Saida as the Palapa Bar & Grill has a liquor license.
     
    Q: What other fees are associated with the rentals?
    A: All rentals are charged with a 14.5% tax, a booking fee of $27.06, and a one time maid service fee regardless. Maid service varies on the number of bedrooms and season. (Security deposit may apply depending on season and age group). Condo security wristband fees of $25.00 per person apply for college spring break rentals in March.
